Ashley Argota is an American performer and actress popular for her performance as Lulu or Kelly Peckinpaugh on the Nickelodeon sitcoms True Jackson VP and Bucket & Skinner's Epic Adventures respectively. She had a recurring role in the role of Taylor in Disney's XD's Lab Rats from 2014 until 2015, and as Lou Chan in the television series The Fosters between 2014 and 2016.
